Had a steel garage door installed to replace an aging wood door. Open Up came out about an hour after I called to give me an estimate. Their price was over $400 less than the other quote I got. Two business days later they installed the door. Prompt and professional they did an excellent job. If you need garage door service or replacement you should definitely get a quote from them.

Our garage door spring broke over the weekend - I called on Sunday and Jeremy came over on Monday morning. Unfortunately, the 17 year old door was beyond repair when it crashed to the floor due to the broken spring. Jeremy had great pricing on a new door/opener and he was able to replace them on Thursday morning. His outstanding garage-door expertise is as good as his customer service skills. He called on his way to our home Thursday and arrived as promised. It only took 3 hours to replace the door and opener. He removed the old door and materials and cleaned up the area very well. I highly recommend him! P.S. One of our autos was trapped in the garage when the spring broke. By himself, Jeremy was able to open the double-door while I removed the trapped auto.
